Who Won the Debate between Kit Roupe and Rowland Todd? No matter how you feel about it, they are clearly different. Roupe calls for moving Camden County Forward through improvement, modernization, and transparency, while Todd maintains he’s doing well and has 24 years of service. Roupe stated she is a US Army veteran, former state representative and has over 20 years experience with elections. Roupe made the point that all business improve and modernize and Camden County should as well.
